It mentions the strengthening of core algorithm technology research and development. Promoting cutting-edge basic theoretical research, supporting research on basic algorithms such as natural language processing, machine vision, deep learning, perception algorithms, and large model training architectures, and enhancing the development of domestic open source communities. Consolidating the advantages of brain-computer interaction technology, promoting the research and application of brain-computer interaction and human-machine fusion technology. Promoting application technology research, supporting the research and application of multimodal models, vertical models, and lightweight models, and encouraging the secondary development of open source models. Supporting the research and development of application technologies for scenarios such as human-machine collaboration, unmanned driving, vehicle-road collaboration, swarm intelligence of drones, virtual reality/augmented reality, and blockchain.
