According to the conference, in the past year, the sales of commercial housing in Nansha District have shown a trend of stabilizing after the decline and steadily increasing. The sales area of newly-built commercial housing in the whole year of last year increased by 13.9% compared to the previous year, and during this year's "May Day" golden week, the sales of new commercial residential buildings in the entire Nansha District increased by 49% compared to the previous year. At the same time, in the first quarter of this year, Nansha focused on key strategic industries, fully promoted investment attraction, with the industrial total output value increasing by 5.8% year-on-year and fixed asset investment increasing by 10.3% year-on-year. At the same time, efforts were made to promote the construction of key projects such as TCL and Lingwa, attract new enterprises such as Huawang Automotive Technology to settle in, and accelerate industrial agglomeration.
