Guangxi issues blue rainstorm warning.

The Guangxi Meteorological Bureau issued a level four heavy rain warning at 11:00 on May 17th, predicting that in the next 24 hours, cities such as Baise, Hechi, Liuzhou, Guilin, Laibin, Hezhou, Wuzhou, Yulin, and Guigang, as well as the northern parts of Nanning and Chongzuo, will experience heavy rain to heavy storms, locally severe storms to extremely severe storms, accompanied by short-term thunderstorms and strong winds. Please be cautious and take preventive measures.
