Sinomach International: plans to invest $178 million to implement a waste incineration power generation project in Uzbekistan.

China Construction International announced that the company plans to invest, construct, and operate a 1500-ton daily household waste incineration power plant project in Ankudinovskaya, Uzbekistan, with a total estimated investment of $178 million. The company plans to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary, Eco Value Investment Limited, in Singapore, which will contribute $49 million to establish China Construction International Green Energy Limited in Ankudinovskaya, Uzbekistan, and hold 85% of the company's shares. The Green Energy Company will serve as the main implementer of the project, responsible for its development, construction, and operation after completion. The board of directors has reviewed and approved the proposal, but procedures such as filing with the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Commerce, and the State Administration of Foreign Exchange still need to be completed.
