Intelligent Core (01967): Subscription for Class B shares of OPC is invalid.

Wisdom Financial News APP, Xinken Intelligent (01967) issued a notice regarding the relevant matters of subscribing for Class B shares of OPC. As disclosed in the announcement, if the conditions of the subscription (which include the completion of the investment target shares (i.e. the shares of Mirxes Holding Company Limited (Stock Code: 2629)) are not achieved by May 16, 2025, the subscription will automatically terminate and take immediate effect, and OPC will refund the subscription cost within seven business days after the termination.
