Trump said he will "set the tariff rates for U.S. trading partners in the next two to three weeks" and said that his government cannot negotiate agreements with all trading partners. Trump stated on Friday that Treasury Secretary Scott Besent and Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick "will send letters essentially telling everyone how much they have to pay to do business with the United States."
