Wave Information announced that on May 15, 2025, the company publicly issued the 2025 third period of technology innovation bonds on the national interbank bond market with an issuance amount of 1 billion RMB and an issuance interest rate of 1.70%. The funds raised in this issuance were all received on May 16, 2025.
