The Zhitong Financial News App reported that China Power (02380.HK) announced that, effective from May 16, 2025, the following appointments have been made: (i) Ms. Huang Qinghua (Non-executive Director of the company) has been appointed as a member of the Compensation and Nomination Committee; (ii) Mr. Hu Jiandong (Non-executive Director of the company) has been appointed as a member of the Strategic and Sustainable Development Committee; and (iii) Mr. Chen Pengjun (Non-executive Director of the company) has been appointed as a member of the Risk Management Committee.
