The company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Hong Kong Yuanda Future Limited (Yuanda Future), and a subsidiary of Kaiying Network Co., Ltd. (002517.SZ) (Kaiying Network), Hangzhou Kaixing Network Technology Co., Ltd. (Hangzhou Kaixing), signed a cooperation memorandum to jointly invest in Hangzhou JiYi Artificial Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. (JiYi Artificial Intelligence) and promote the development of AI large model technology in the gaming industry.
