Qichacha APP shows that recently, Chongqing Pengshui Guangfa New Energy Company was established, with Song Yunhua as the legal representative and a registered capital of 47 million yuan. Its business scope includes power generation, power transmission, power supply, livestock farming, poultry farming, aquaculture, electric vehicle charging piles sales, centralized fast charging stations, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by Guangzhou Development's subsidiary Guangzhou Development New Energy Group Co., Ltd.
