Its business scope includes private equity fund management, equity investment, investment management, and asset management activities. The equity penetration information from Qichacha shows that the enterprise was jointly funded by Suzhou Junming Zhiyuan Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership Enterprise under Fosun Pharma.
