The easing of the US-China trade war has led to a decrease in Asia's interest rates: the rate path for export-oriented economies has been reevaluated.

Wisdom Financial APP learned that as there are significant signs of easing tensions in the China-US trade friction, financial markets have toned down their bets on central banks of emerging Asian export-dependent economies adopting aggressively loose monetary policies. For example, derivative traders currently expect the Bank of Thailand to only cut interest rates by 9 basis points in the next three months, compared to almost 20 basis points in late April. The pricing for monetary easing in Malaysia and South Korea has also decreased.
