Huachen China receives 3.134 million shares purchased by First Beijing Investment.

According to the latest equity disclosure data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on May 12, 2025, Huachen China received an increase in holdings of 3.134 million shares by First Beijing Investment Limited at an average price of HK$2.8908 per share, with a total investment of approximately HK$9.0598 million. After the increase, First Beijing Investment Limited now holds a total of 253,116,000 shares, with a stake increasing from 4.95% to 5.02%.
