According to incomplete statistics from the research of CRIC, in April, the announced planned land acquisition reached 7198 hectares, involving an amount of 173.0 billion yuan, both area and amount exceeding the total amount of the first quarter, and land acquisition plans were intensively introduced. According to CRIC's real estate research estimate, based on the national average land volume rate, the theoretical building area of planned residential land to be acquired has exceeded 130 million square meters, surpassing half of the estimated new housing sales scale in the first four months. If the announced scale of land acquisition is implemented as scheduled, it is equivalent to reducing the national sales cycle of new homes by more than 2 months, further stabilizing housing purchase expectations. "In the current context of incomplete recovery of sales of commercial residential properties and increasing differentiation in the land market, adjusting the land supply structure through land acquisition is conducive to alleviating potential inventory pressures in the market and helping further optimize the supply structure of the real estate market in various regions."
