Linpiny District in Hangzhou has launched its first land parcel with no restrictions on housing prices, with a starting price of 327 million yuan.

On May 16, a low-density residential land in Chongxian New City, Linping District, Hangzhou was listed for sale, with the number Hangzhengchuchu [2025]71. It is planned to be auctioned on the Zhejiang Provincial Natural Resources Smart Trading Service Platform on June 17. The land area is 27,500 square meters, with a plot ratio of 1.25, a total construction area of 34,400 square meters, a starting price of 327 million yuan, and a starting floor price of 9,500 yuan per square meter. As the first plot in the area to cancel the price limit for new houses, its future sales price will be determined by the market autonomously.
