As of the end of the first quarter of 2025, CSIQ directly held 62.24% of the company's shares. CSIQ's revenue in the first quarter of 2025 was $1.2 billion, with a gross profit margin of 11.7%. CSIQ is forecasted to have total revenue in the second quarter of 2025 between $1.9 billion and $2.1 billion, with a gross profit margin expected to be between 23% and 25%. The full year total revenue is projected to be between $6.1 billion and $7.1 billion. CSIQ's estimated component shipment volume in the second quarter of 2025 is between 7.5 and 8 gigawatts, with an annual estimate of 25 to 30 gigawatts. The estimated energy storage system shipment in the second quarter of 2025 is between 2.4 and 2.6 gigawatt-hours, with an annual estimate of 7 to 9 gigawatt-hours.
