The US ITC has issued a final ruling on Section 337 of fitness equipment and its components.

On May 14th, the United States International Trade Commission issued a notice stating that a 337 partial final ruling was made on certain fitness equipment and their components: based on the initial ruling made by the administrative law judge on April 30, 2025, the administrative law judge decided to cancel the hearing on May 12, 2025; at the same time, a general exclusion order was issued as a suggested remedy, and public comments were solicited on this matter, with written materials to be submitted no later than June 14, 2025.
