Financial Frontline News on May 15th, a netizen posted a message yesterday claiming that their aunt was being wheeled to the Agricultural Bank of China Tianxin Branch in Zhuzhou, Hunan by family members to withdraw money for medical treatment. Unfortunately, the aunt passed away during the process of withdrawing money. A local source told the Financial Frontline that when the elderly family members went to the bank branch to withdraw money from the customer's account, they entered the wrong password three times. The bank staff said they could not reset the password or handle the transaction on behalf of the customer. During the withdrawal process, the family members did not inform the staff about the customer's condition. The staff tried multiple times to persuade the family members to take the elderly person home to rest, but they refused. The source revealed that the surveillance video showed the customer being brought into the bank in a unconscious state, with the head tilted to one side.
