The Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission reached a consensus with regional regulatory agencies at the annual meeting of the international Securities and Futures Commission organization on cooperation in regulating online scams.

According to the Smart Finance and Economics app, the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission announced on May 15th that this week at the 50th annual meeting of the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) held in Doha, Qatar, they successfully promoted consensus among a number of securities regulatory agencies in the Asia-Pacific region to strengthen cooperation in order to combat online investment scams.
