According to the announcement, Ms. Zhang Weixin, a director of Huayuan Real Estate, retired and officially resigned from her position on May 13, 2025, and will no longer hold any position in the company. Ms. Zhang Weixin's original term was until the end of the eighth term of the board of directors.
