Shanxi prosecutor's office has decided to arrest Wu Xiaobin according to the law.

On May 13, it was learned from the Shanxi Provincial People's Procuratorate that Wu Xiaobin, former deputy secretary of the Party Committee and deputy director of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Shuozhou City, Shanxi Province, is suspected of bribery. The investigation by the Shanxi Provincial Supervisory Commission has been concluded and the case has been transferred to the procuratorial organ for examination and prosecution. Designated by the Shanxi Provincial People's Procuratorate, the case is being examined and prosecuted by the Datong City People's Procuratorate. Recently, the Datong City People's Procuratorate made a decision to arrest Wu Xiaobin on suspicion of bribery. The case is still being further processed.
