According to the legal litigation information from Tianyancha, recently, Changsha GAC Dongyang Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. has a new court announcement related to a contract dispute case with Nezha Auto's affiliated company Hezhong New Energy Automotive Co., Ltd. The plaintiff is Changsha GAC Dongyang Automotive Parts Co., Ltd., and the case will be heard in court at Tongxiang People's Court on May 19. Changsha GAC Dongyang Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. was established in March 2011 with Chen Rui as the legal representative. The registered capital is 35 million US dollars, and the business scope includes the design, development, manufacturing, and sales of plastic automotive parts products, as well as providing after-sales service. Guangqi Auto Parts Co., Ltd. and Tong Yang Holding Corporation hold 51% and 49% of the shares respectively.
