Aileda: Transfer of 5.9758% shares of the company

Aileyda announcement, the actual controllers Xie Peng and Fan Qingxin plan to transfer 8.794 million shares and 8.742 million shares of unlimited circulating shares to Zhi Liming and Mingshi through an agreement, accounting for 2.9998% and 2.9760% of the total share capital of the company respectively. The total number of shares planned to be transferred is 17.5182 million, accounting for 5.9758% of the total share capital of the company. Recently, Xie Peng, Fan Qingxin and Zhi Liming have signed a "Supplementary Agreement to the Share Transfer Agreement", supplementing the Share Transfer Agreement, the main content of which is that Zhi Liming and its concerted parties will not actively reduce the shares of Aileyda acquired in this transfer in any way within 12 months from the completion of the share transfer.
