China Central Depository & Clearing Co., Ltd.: For overseas central banks and similar institutions that open accounts in China Central Depository & Clearing Co., Ltd. through the People's Bank of China or the interbank market settlement agent after January 1, 2025, the account opening fee of 500 yuan per account will be fully waived. Any relevant fees incurred after January 1, 2025, and already paid, the Central Clearing Company will refund the exempted portion as per the above provision.
