Hainan Haiyao (000566.SZ): Yunnan International Trust plans to reduce its shareholding by no more than 3%

The Zhitong Finance APP reports that Hainan Hya(000566.SZ) has announced that shareholder Yunnan International Trust Co., Ltd.-Juli 36 Single Fund Trust ("Yunnan International Trust"), with a 8.26% stake in the company, plans to reduce its holdings in the company by a total of no more than 38,921,000 shares, accounting for 3% of the total share capital, in a period of 90 consecutive natural days starting from the date of disclosure of the announcement, through centralized bidding and block trading after 15 trading days.
