The UK National Grid has issued a statement regarding the interruption in the London Underground: "This afternoon, our transmission network experienced a fault but it was resolved within a few seconds. This fault did not disrupt the power supply of our electricity network. The resulting voltage drop may have temporarily affected the power supply of the low voltage distribution network in central London."
