Zhixin Financial News APP, Huitong Energy (600605.SH) issued an announcement, to leverage the resources and investment management capabilities of professional investment institutions, to enhance the company's investment layout in the fields of semiconductor key materials, advanced packaging, etc., and to obtain financial investment returns. The Company's subsidiary, Huidexinyuan, intends to invest in the fund to be established and managed by Guoyi Investment, with an investment amount of 30 million yuan. The two parties signed an "Investment Intention Agreement" on May 12, 2025.
