Indian stock index rose by 2%, volatility index fell.

The Indian stock market indices, NIFTY 50 and SENSEX, rose by 2%; the Indian volatility index fell to 17.4, the lowest since May 2nd. Earlier, India and Pakistan agreed to a ceasefire.
