The first cross-border e-commerce TIR international card team in Henan set off from Zhengzhou on the 14th, marking the successful establishment of the province's "cross-border e-commerce 9610+TIR international road transport" innovative route. TIR stands for the "International Road Transport Convention," covering more than 70 contracting parties worldwide, and is a global customs facilitation system in the field of international cross-border goods transport. 9610 refers to "cross-border trade e-commerce." The goods in the vehicle cleared customs in the Henan bonded logistics park using the cross-border e-commerce 9610 mode, were inspected by the Zhengzhou New District Customs, and set off for the destination of Moscow, Russia, via the Manzhouli port, with an estimated total duration of over 10 days. This departure is the first exploration in Henan of combining "cross-border e-commerce" with the "TIR transport mode," and also marks the official launch of the operation of the "Zhongda International Logistics Group Limited TIR Card Team Public Platform," achieving the first dispatch of TIR vehicles. The relevant person in charge of Zhongda Gate stated that this signifies the further expansion of the Henan TIR cross-border road transport route, providing a new solution for reducing costs and increasing efficiency in cross-border e-commerce logistics in inland areas. This will not only help "Made in China" to efficiently go global but also inject new energy into the deep integration of inland areas into the "Belt and Road" initiative.
