Runjian Corporation has established two new companies in Guiyang.

According to the Enterprise Check App, recently, two companies were established in Guiyang, New Sheng New Energy Co., Ltd. and Guiyang Chuangjian New Energy Co., Ltd. The legal representative for both companies is Wen Feng, with registered capital of 1 million RMB each. Their business scope includes sales of solar thermal power generation equipment, research and development of wind power related systems, sales of wind power generators and components, etc. Equity penetration information on Enterprise Check shows that both companies are wholly owned by Runjian Group.
