EDA Group Holdings issued an announcement that on May 9, 2025, its wholly-owned subsidiary and the Company entered into a lease agreement with the owner of the property located in Buford, Georgia, Atlanta, Georgia in the United States. It is reported that the property is located at 4497 Friendship Road, Building 100, Buford, Georgia 30519, Atlanta, Georgia, U.S. with approximately 320,603 square feet of space.
