CITIC Securities: Agrees to appoint Chen Zhiming as the executive member of the company's operations management committee.

CITIC Securities announced in the evening of May 9th the resolution of the thirty-fourth meeting of the eighth board of directors, agreeing to appoint Chen Zhiming, a member of the company's party committee, as the executive member of the company's operating management committee. The appointment shall take effect from the date of this board resolution and shall be valid until the expiration of the eighth board of directors. The company's management is authorized to handle the relevant procedures such as filing related to the appointment.
