Guangdong Province ends Level IV emergency response to flood control.

According to the "Emergency Plan for Flood Control, Drought Prevention, Wind and Frost Prevention in Guangdong Province" and relevant provisions of the provincial defense general, the Guangdong Provincial Flood Control, Drought Prevention and Wind Control Headquarters ended the level IV emergency response to flood control at 16:00 on May 10. The provincial defense general requires all local departments to continue to closely monitor weather changes, be vigilant against the delayed impact of disasters, and properly implement safety precautions. Especially in key areas such as western Guangdong, they must closely monitor the impact of subsequent rainfall development, continue to strengthen duty shifts, enhance risk assessment, solidly carry out all flood control tasks, and make every effort to ensure the safety of people's lives and property.
