Celsius founder sentenced to 12 years in prison for cryptocurrency fraud.

The founder and former CEO of the bankrupt cryptocurrency lending company Celsius Network, Alex Mashinsky, was sentenced to 12 years in prison by a Manhattan court in the United States on May 8. In December last year, Mashinsky admitted to committing securities fraud and commodity fraud.
