According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Meizhou City Aikelayte New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Liu Wenshan as its legal representative and a registered capital of 5 million yuan. Its business scope includes: centralized fast charging stations; charging pile sales; motor vehicle charging sales; charging control equipment leasing; sale of electric power facilities and equipment; sales of intelligent power transmission and control equipment, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is fully owned by Aikelayte Holdings.
