On May 8, 2025, the company signed a Memorandum of Understanding with China Environmental Resources International Development (Shenzhen) Limited (China Environmental Resources) and Guangdong Bangpu Circulation Technology Co., Ltd. (Bangpu) (collectively referred to as "the parties"). According to the terms of the memorandum, China Environmental Resources, the company, and Bangpu will explore cooperation opportunities in the following areas:
