Nep Mining Machine (300818.SZ) plans to subscribe for equity in Swiss Veritas Resources AG to strengthen core business advantages.

Zhtng Cijng APP news, Nepu Mining Machine (300818.SZ) announcement, the company has agreed through its wholly-owned subsidiary Nepu Global Resources Investment Limited (referred to as "Singapore Investment Company") to subscribe for newly issued shares of Swiss company Veritas Resources AG (referred to as "Veritas Resources") by way of cash contribution, with a total subscription amount of $45 million, and $1.8 million or $6.3 million in subscription. After the subscription is completed, the company will hold 22.5% equity of Veritas Resources.
