Sinolink Securities: Changes to the equity structure of the controlling shareholder China Sinolink have been approved by financial regulatory authorities.

Cinda Securities announced that the company has received notification from its controlling shareholder Cinda of the change in its equity ownership which has been approved by the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission. After the completion of the share transfer, the actual controller of the company will change from the Ministry of Finance to CIC. Approval from other financial regulatory authorities is still required for this transfer.
