Recently, IFTE received a "Civil Mediation Letter" from the court, which showed that Yichun Hezhong and Hezhong New Energy still owe IFTE equipment payment of 49.1509 million yuan. Yichun Hezhong and Hezhong New Energy agreed to pay approximately 8.1918 million yuan to IFTE each month from June to November before the 30th of each month, and IFTE voluntarily waived other litigation requests.
