Shanghai: Using World Bank's benchmarking reforms as a guide to drive overall improvement in the business environment.

Chen Yanfeng, Deputy Director of the Shanghai Development and Reform Commission, stated at a press conference of the Shanghai Municipal Government on May 8 that Shanghai will take the World Bank's benchmarking reform of the business environment as a traction, focus on key areas, break through hurdles, and promote the overall improvement of Shanghai's business environment.
