On May 8th, Fang Guanghai, the vice chairman of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, stated at a press conference at the State Council Information Office that the Federation will work with relevant departments to continuously implement a plan to enhance the legal literacy of private entrepreneurs. They will promote qualified private enterprises to establish a modern corporate system with Chinese characteristics, improve their management and operational levels, and guide more private enterprises to actively participate in the "Thousand Enterprises Prosper Thousand Villages" initiative and the "Thousand Enterprises Promote Employment in Hundred Cities and Thousand Schools" initiative, while actively fulfilling their social responsibilities.
