On May 11th, the "price king" Green City Chaoming Oriental project located on the waterfront of Xuhui, Shanghai held an offline opening. The 120 units with an average price of about 19,500 yuan per square meter were all sold out in one day, with a total sales amount of 6.988 billion yuan. Despite setting a modest goal of half, the 120 units still received 191 valid subscription intentions, with a subscription rate of nearly 160%. Although the project did not trigger the points system, a 5-year restriction on resale was imposed. At 13:58 on May 11th, the project officially started selecting units, and all units were sold out at the opening.
