Wang Guoqing, former member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Council of the Henan Province Supply and Marketing Cooperative Association, has been expelled from the party and removed from public office.

According to the information from the Henan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision, with the approval of the Communist Party of China Henan Provincial Committee, the Henan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision has initiated an investigation into the serious violations of discipline and law by Wang Guoqing, a former member of the Party Committee and deputy director of the council of the Henan Provincial Supply and Marketing Cooperative Society. After investigation, it was found that Wang Guoqing had lost his ideals and beliefs, betrayed his original intentions and missions, associated with political charlatans, engaged in superstitious activities; ignored the spirit of the central eight-point regulations, accepted gifts, money, consumption cards that may influence the fair execution of public duties, and participated in banquets and travel arrangements that may affect the fair execution of public duties; violated organizational principles, abused his power to seek personnel benefits for others and received bribes; failed to maintain integrity, had others pay expenses that should have been paid by himself; engaged in trading power for money, used his power to seek benefits for others in project contracting, and accepted large amounts of illegal money. Wang Guoqing seriously violated the party's political discipline, organizational discipline, integrity discipline, life discipline, and national laws and regulations, constituting a serious violation of duty and suspected bribery crimes. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, he has not restrained himself or stopped his actions, the nature of which is serious and the impact is severe, requiring strict measures. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Disciplinary Measures of the Communist Party of China," the "Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China," and the "Administrative Regulations for Public Servants of the People's Republic of China," the Henan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and the approval of the Communist Party of China Henan Provincial Committee have decided to expel Wang Guoqing from the party; the Henan Provincial Supervisory Commission will remove him from public office, confiscate the illegal gains, and transfer the suspected criminal issues to the procuratorial organ for review and prosecution, along with the relevant assets.
