The team of A-share companies going public in Hong Kong is expanding further. From April 22nd to April 28th alone, 8 A-share companies have submitted applications to the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (hereinafter referred to as "HKEX"). According to statistics based on company announcements and submission records, as of May 5th, 46 A-share companies are planning to go public in Hong Kong. Among them, 7 A-share companies have already submitted applications to HKEX and obtained the approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission for overseas issue and listing. With the support of policies and the increasing attractiveness of Hong Kong stocks, more and more companies are seeking to go public in Hong Kong in order to expand their international business scope, optimize financing channels, and enhance global influence.
