There was a passenger cruise ship capsizing accident in Qianxi City, Guizhou Province.

Reporters learned from the relevant department of Guizhou Province that a passenger cruise ship overturned near the Dongfeng Reservoir in Liuchong River of Xinren Miao Village in Qianxi City, Guizhou Province. At around 4 o'clock in the afternoon, a heavy rainstorm occurred in the upper reaches of the Wujiang River, and two cruise ships were sailing on the river when the overturning accident happened. It is reported that the accident resulted in approximately 70 people, including the crew, falling into the water. By 7 pm, more than 50 people had been rescued. Currently, the relevant rescue departments in Guizhou are carrying out rescue operations at the scene.
