Chief Meteorological Analyst of China: Localized hail is not ruled out in the southeastern part of Duyun, Guizhou and the northern part of Hechi, Guangxi. The convection in the south may reach its peak tonight into tomorrow morning.

According to Xin Xin, chief meteorologist at China Weather, from last night to today, there were heavy rains in parts of Guizhou, Guangxi, Hunan, Guangdong, and Chongqing, with some areas experiencing severe downpours and short-term heavy rain, accompanied by local thunderstorms and strong winds. From the radar tonight, there are red and purple echoes in the southeastern part of Duyun, Guizhou and the northern part of Hechi, Guangxi, and there is a possibility of hail in some areas. Tonight and tomorrow, as cold air moves eastward and southward, the convection in the south may reach its peak tonight until tomorrow morning.
