Many netizens have reported that the Nezha car app is experiencing network disconnections.
Starting from the 2nd, several netizens have reported that the Nezha car app is down and the app's remote control function cannot be used. One netizen mentioned that both the car key and the mechanical key were inside the car, and all doors could not be opened. Eventually, they were able to open the trunk using the app. They advised other car owners not to log out of their accounts on the app, as they may not be able to log back in and suggested attempting to open the trunk first. Another netizen said, "The Nezha server crashed yesterday around 3 pm, and now the vehicles cannot be remote controlled. Car owners should not log out of their accounts. As long as the Bluetooth key can connect, it can still be used temporarily. If logged out, the app will be completely unusable. Do not frequently use the remote control function on the app to prevent the app from forcing a logout. Currently, the manufacturer has not provided any updates on this issue, and customer service said to wait for two to three days."
