Zhixin Finance APP news, Dixing Group (00113.HK) issued an announcement that Bade Securities Limited (a licensed corporation under the Securities and Futures Ordinance to carry on Type 6 regulated activity of providing advice on corporate finance), has been appointed as the independent financial advisor to provide advice to the independent board committee on the following matters: (a) whether the proposal and terms of the plan are fair and reasonable; and (b) how uninterested shareholders should vote at the court meeting and special shareholders' meeting. This appointment has been approved by the independent board committee in accordance with Rule 2.1 of the Takeovers Code.
