Buffett will step down as CEO of Berkshire Hathaway at the end of the year.

Buffett said that Abel should become Berkshire Hathaway's CEO by the end of the year. He stated that he will "still be around" to offer assistance, but the final decision will be in Abel's hands. Buffett mentioned that he has no intention of selling any shares of Berkshire Hathaway but will gradually donate them.
