Revised Guidelines for the Management and Evaluation of Member Customers' Trading Behavior in Shenzhen Stock Exchange, adding evaluation of algorithmic trading and margin trading management.
The Shenzhen Stock Exchange recently revised the "Guidelines for the Evaluation of Member Client Trading Behavior Management of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange" in order to further strengthen the responsibility of member client trading behavior management and better play the supervisory and guiding role of the evaluation mechanism. It is reported that this revision added upper-level rules as a basis, improved the content of member evaluations, added evaluation contents on "members' management of program trading" and "members' management of margin trading," and added key monitoring on securities management and strengthening customer trading risk warnings to the original evaluation of "members' collaborative self-discipline supervision." In addition, this revision also optimized the rules for the use of evaluation results, clearly stating that members with an evaluation rating of two stars or below and a score below 70 may be subject to oral inquiries, reminders, etc., but not self-disciplinary measures; members with an evaluation rating of two stars or below and a score below 60 will generally be included in on-site inspection scope.
